HIGH TEMPERATURE MASKING DISCS

A.F.A.C.'s high temperature SPOTMASKS solve the problem of how to leave an area uncoated around a boss, or where an earthing point is required on a chassis, during electro-static powder coating or stove enamelling. SPOTMASKS are made from a translucent polyester material, which allows precise positioning of the mask on a component, or concentric to a hole. The SPOTMASKS will withstand temperatures of up to 220°C in powder coating ovens, while being easily removed when cool, leaving no residue. A.F.A.C. can also offer V.H.T. SPOTMASKS for masking during soldering of PCBs etc. To further assist location, SPOTMASKS can also be supplied with 'hawk-eye' positioning guide markings.
