PROJECTION-WELD STUDS

Projection-Weld Studs are designed to be welded to the face of components. They are welded using a projection welding machine, or can be tack welded in place. This range of weld studs are ideal for use where a hole in the component could cause leakage problems. The widely spaced projections help to ensure that the stud is welded vertically onto the component.

These parts are available in high weldability mild steel or stainless steel A2. Mild steel parts are normally supplied in a natural finish, or copper flashed. Projection-Weld Studs are available in thread sizes of M3.5 to M10, in various lengths.
